Hanson Elevator Services, LLC provides elevator/escalator/power walk maintenance consulting.  We review your current maintenance provider agreement and the amount of maintenance being performed.  We survey the equipment for maintenance and code deficiencies,  necessary repairs, and possible modernization needs.  A report is generated identifying the current condition of the equipment, current level of maintenance being performed, and  recommendations for a more reliable and positive experience by the end-users.

Proper maintenance can prolong the use of your equipment.  All vertical transportation systems require ongoing maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, reliability, and user satisfaction.  Hanson Elevator Services, LLC will develop maintenance specifications based on the building's needs, provide pre- and post-bid evaluations from multiple providers and can provide ongoing project management to ensure the contracted maintenance is being provided by the service provider.

Better safe than sorry.  If you are an existing building owner/manager, looking to purchase a building with vertical transportation equipment, or looking to purchase an elevator serivces company, Hanson Elevator Services, LLC  will perform a due diligence review for you.  A due diligence equipment survey includes a detailed review of the existing elevator/escalator/power walk to determine the type of systems installed, equipment condition, anticipated remaining useful life of the components, code deficiencies, and anticipated modernization or necessary repairs. Machine room equipment, hoist-way equipment, pit equipment, elevator cab equipment, and all signal fixtures are reviewed.  Company due diligence can include a review of contracts, policies/procedures, client accounts, staffing and other relevant business aspects.
